“Restaurant/ Bar owners and management,
For anyone wondering how to manage their advertising budget best. Let me help you out after 30+ years in the industry and after spending untold amounts of money on advertising. BAHFL is handsdown the best bang for your buck. I have done magazines, newspapers, Google and Facebook ads, radio, and television. I can’t tell you how many times I have spent the money and prayed for results. It has always been difficult to determine the effectiveness of each type of media. What’s not difficult to determine is how effective BAHFL is. Every time they visit and do a write-up, we see customers talking about it that very day!! It’s truly incredible. Not only do we use it and consider it our most effective marketing tool, but it’s what my family uses when trying to determine where we want to eat or what we want to try next. Over the years, I have personally witnessed BAHFL breathe new life into struggling establishments. The program Jennifer has built, along with her group of loyal followers and foodies, is unmatched!! Don’t settle for imitations. BAHFL is the ONLY way to get the word out about your Bar or Restaurant. Side note: what Jennifer offers is an extremely powerful tool, but as an owner/manager looking to use BAHFL, you still have to deliver on your promise to execute the dishes she showcases and meet the customer’s expectations! Every dime I spend with BAHFL is well spent!!!”

“We truly appreciate our partnership with BAHFL and the opportunity to be part of such a supportive and engaged community of food lovers. The platform you’ve built creates real connections between local restaurants and guests who genuinely want to support them, and that means a lot to us.
The visibility we receive from being able to post consistently has helped us stay top of mind, and we’ve enjoyed welcoming BAHFL members into Adriatic Cafe. The structure of the membership and the cardholder benefits make it easy for us to participate while giving guests a meaningful incentive to dine with us. Also, thank you for visiting us and posting an honest review about your experience. We noticed some new guests come to give us a chance after that and we loved meeting new locals.
Thank you for your continued support, organization, and professionalism. We’re grateful to be part of the BAHFL network and look forward to growing alongside the community you’ve created.”

“This testimony is 100% truth about BAHFL (Homero prefers to leave the numbers out because we only have per item, except Bay Area, there we have break down of items and checks, Bay Area has averaged about 630-675 checks per year that have used BAHFL card. But I’ll send you these 2 versions. Maybe there’s a way to just sum up that we average 650 cards per year:
I want to take a moment to share something that has truly meant so much to our family and our restaurants.
Before COVID, I had never even heard of Bay Area Houston Food Lovers (BAHFL). Like many full-service restaurants, we were suddenly facing something we had never prepared for, limited indoor seating, an uncertain economy, and customers understandably afraid to dine out. We were known as a sit-down restaurant, and overnight we had to figure out how to survive mostly on to-go orders.
There was a moment when we seriously considered closing until things went back to normal.
One day, while I was doing what I always do, walking around thanking customers for coming in. I shared my concerns with two of our regulars, Joyce and John Bice. I’ll never forget it. Joyce gently asked, “Have you considered joining BAHFL?”
I told her I had never even heard of it.
She explained it was a local group that supports local restaurants and was helping promote businesses that were still open during COVID. I immediately reached out to Jennifer, and she graciously allowed us to post updates so people would know we were open.
Let me tell you, the BAHFL community showed up.
During that time, about 75% of our business became to-go orders. The followers of that page supported us in ways we will never forget. They ordered. They shared posts. They left generous tips that went directly to our servers, bussers, and bartenders who were working through such an uncertain time. Because of that support, we were able to keep all of our employees working.
While our longtime local customers continued to stand by us, BAHFL gave us exposure to thousands of people who may have never known about us otherwise.
Even after COVID, we saw the continued value of the group. Customers using their BAHFL card receive 10% off their food (up to four people per card), and in today’s economy, that savings truly matters to families.
Just last year alone, here’s the number of items ordered using BAHFL cards at our locations:
• Bay Area – 3,558
• La Marque – 1,312
• Pearland – 1,002
• Marina Bay – 2,789
And that’s only the customers who used the card. We’ve had countless others visit because they saw a post from someone sharing their experience and photos of our food.
Jennifer, thank you for creating such a positive platform that uplifts small businesses, especially family-owned restaurants like ours. The support of this community has meant more than we can ever put into words.
And lastly… the beautiful lady who first told me about BAHFL, Joyce, has since passed away. But we will forever be grateful to her. Joyce, I know you’re smiling down on all of us. 🙏”

“BAHFL has helped Noon Mirch Kitchen + Bar tremendously with community engagement and brand visibility in the Bay Area Houston community. The group has connected us directly with local food lovers who genuinely support small businesses and are excited to try new experiences.
We’ve seen increased guest traffic, meaningful customer relationships, and strong word-of-mouth referrals as a direct result of being active within BAHFL. It’s more than just a Facebook group, it is a true community that brings restaurants and diners together in a powerful way.
We’re grateful for the exposure, support, and ongoing partnership.”
